Supporting Sunway Hospital
GIVING BACK THROUGH S10
A core part of S10 is the intention to give back. Through the development of the product, I aim to support initiatives at Sunway Hospital, contributing towards improving access to care and resources for young patients.
This idea was inspired by my belief that performance and well-being go hand in hand. Just as hydration plays a critical role in athletic performance, access to proper care plays a critical role in recovery and quality of life.
By linking S10 to a cause, the product becomes more than performance-driven — it becomes purpose-driven. Through this initiative, I hope to contribute in a way that creates real impact, particularly for younger individuals who benefit from both physical and emotional support during treatment.

Building Community at DAA
As a Student Ambassador at DAA, I have been actively involved in initiatives aimed at strengthening the school community. This role has allowed me to take responsibility beyond academics and contribute to creating a more supportive and inclusive environment.
Working alongside other ambassadors, we focus on representing student voices, supporting school events, and helping build a culture where students feel connected and supported. This experience has strengthened my ability to lead, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to a community.
APDP SUMMER CAMP VOLUNTEER
I volunteered at the APDP Summer Camp in Portugal, supporting head teachers and staff in delivering engaging activities for young participants. Assisted with organizing training, lake and sports activities while encouraging and creating a positive environment where students with diabetes could help gain confidence in areas that are usually more challenging. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and responsibility while reinforcing the importance of giving back to the community through sport and mentorship.

APDP (Associação Protetora dos Diabéticos de Portugal) is one of the world's oldest diabetes associations, dedicated to supporting people living with diabetes through healthcare, education, prevention, and community programmes. Its mission is to improve quality of life by encouraging and promoting awareness, confidence, healthy living, access to specialised diabetes care and encouragement from teachers, staff and coaches to challenge themselves.
